ASSIGNED VEHICLES require a formal request. The request form can be found at the Fleet website at www.fleet.ucdavis.edu or UCD P&P Manual section 300-30. Call Fleet Services at (530)752-8229 for more information. ASSIGNED RATE SCHEDULE applies to General Purpose vehicles based at Davis. Different rates may apply to vehicles based elsewhere or driven out of state. LOANER VEHICLES are provided at no charge to replace light duty vehicles in for service on an as-available basis (contact our Service Desk). This does not include vehicles in for body damage repair. Loaner vehicles can be reserved from Fleet Dispatch at the regular rate for use when vehicles are in for body damage repair.
